Mobile devices

The most common reason for your pilot to not work on a mobile device is usually if you do not have flash on your device. If you do not have flash, Google "get adobe flash player". If the mobile device you are using is an iPad 1, you will not under anything be able to get flash. However, if you are using an iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini, iPad mini 2, iPad Air, or iPad Air 2 you MAY be able to get flash.

Computers, PCs, and laptops

1. You do not have flash. Google "get adobe flash player".
or
2. You have an old computer. If your computer is old, your computer may not be able to take the video type files that your computer will have to run on to watch it. Get an updated computer. (Windows 7 or Windows 8 computer recommended)
